Aerobic Programme
Tums ‘n’ Bums
A low
impact class that helps to tone those hard to
hit problem areas. The focus is on the
stomach, bottoms and legs. Great for
beginners!.
Aerobics
An all over body
workout combining muscular strength and
endurance. Great for calorie buring
and toning!
Aerobics and Abdominal
A
class for all levels of ability that includes
high and low impact moves. Combined with toning
those abdominal muscles there is a variety of
aerobic moves to work the heart and lungs.
Step
These classes
challenge you both mentally and physically with
choreographed aerobic routines to burn fat and
give all over body conditioning using the ‘step
bench’.
Circuit Training
Working
from various different stations the session
develops stamina, strength and suppleness.
The instructor guides you through the exercises
but you can train at your own speed or with the
additional element of competition. This
comprehensive class helps develop fitness for
your own particular sport or be enjoyed by
itself.
Yoga
There are two
different types of Yoga on different days.

(Tues/Wed) |
A complete form of exercise
which involves taking all the major muscles
and joints through and beyond their range of
movement. |
| Power Yoga (Fri) |
Uses slow rhythmic movements
with an emphasis on breathing for
cardio-vascular benefit and keeping muscles
warm. The muscles are also conditioned to
help keep them strengthened and stretched to
maintain good posture and health.

Stretch & Tone
A
class to rejuvenate you half way through your
day. This energetic aerobic class for all
abilities combines cardiovascular fitness and
muscular strength. A great way to spend
your lunchtimes.
Step & Tone
A class
that gives it all. Incorporating Aerobics,
Tums ‘n’Bums and floor work for all over
toning. This class is for all fitness
levels and includes the use of steps.
Kick Aerobics
An Aerobics
class with Boxing and Tae Kwon Do techniques
providing an alternative style of excursus and
an opportunity to let out some of that term time
frustration (under controlled conditions!!)
Body Conditioning
All
over toning and conditioning class using
progressive exercises. Dumbells and
barbells may be used to improve fitness and
balanced.
Body Burst
An easy but
motivating aerobic routine followed by explosive
major muscle workout & toning exercises, A
greater fat burner.
