The countdown has begun. National Fitness Day on Wednesday, September 7th looks like being the busiest one yet. The most active day of the year just became that little bit more lively!

National Fitness Day is designed to promote fitness to the nation. We are offering FREE power half hour fitness sessions here at the Sugden. These sessions are HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training sessions. These run for 30 minutes and covers an all over body workout. This type of training raises your heart rate and burns more fat in a shorter time. See below for details of the sessions and contact information.
