Hi I’m Kieron, I’m a personal trainer here at the Sugden Sports Centre. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years now. Over the years I’ve gained great knowledge of the different types of fitness training and techniques to allow my clients to achieve their personal goals. As I enjoy a lot of sports including football and boxing, I understand the hard work and commitment it takes to get your body into the best physical condition you can. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or just to improve your general fitness then my knowledge and experience will get the result you desire.

I`m a qualified personal trainer and have always been involved in sport from a young age, starting with running and football moving onto gym work and cycling more recently.
As a trainer with ten years experience I feel confident that I can help you physically, mentally and emotionally. I will use my extensive knowledge and experience to develop a tailored exercise programme to meet your needs. I want to help you make and maintain the lifestyle changes needed for you to look good and feel great.
