Workout Classes

We offer a wide range of classes to complement your workout programme. If you are bored of doing the same gym programme, are not achieving your goals or simply want to try something new, our fitness team and class instructors will be able to suggest classes to suit you.

Class Descriptions


Aerobics
A cardiovascular and toning workout session suitable for all levels. Includes a combination of moves for you to perform at your own pace though alternative high or low impact moves. A great way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.


Body Burst 
A medium intensity workout using repetitive routines to concentrate on specific areas such as the thighs and buttocks. Excellent for toning those flabby bits!
 

Body Conditioning
Target those problem areas with a unique cardiovascular and strength based workout to really hit those troublesome spots hard.


Boxercise
This class is one of the most effective forms of cross-training and uses both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems to ensure a diverse workout. It also improves hand to eye coordination, balance and timing.


Circuits 
A multi stationed energetic class which will take your fitness to a new level of strength and stamina. Come along and prepare to work hard.


Fitness Yoga
Incorporates stretch, strength and yoga postures. Utilising music to sequence moves together this workout will help you increase flexibility and strength all in one workout.


GRIT CARDIOTM
LES MILLS GRITTM Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.


GRIT PLYOTM
LES MILLS GRITTM Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT STRENGTHTM
LES MILLS GRITTM Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and built lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Kick Aerobics
Combines mvoes and stances developed from a range of self defence disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Thai Chi and Tae Kwon Do. This will have you fighting fit in no time!

Kinisi Flow
Kinisi Flow is a body weight training system which maximizes the movement potential of the human body. This dynamic new way to train will effectively retrain your body to reclaim its natural ability to move with elegance, strength, power & speed. This class is geared towards improving mobility, building stength and flexibility through a focus on flow movement.

PiYoTM
PiYoTM combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle - big and small.

Tums & Bums
A class purposely designed to target those hard to hit problem areas. The focus is on the stomach, bottoms and legs.

Yoga
Iyenga (Tues) - A complete form of exercise which involves taking all the major muscles and joints through and beyond the range of movement.
Ashtanga (Wed) - Uses breathing and movement to bring strength, stamina and relaxation to the body and mind.

Zumba
The Zumba program fuses Hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness programme that will blow you away. You’ll have an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
